European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not charge any restocking fees.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
