At Family Wood Studio, every piece is handcrafted to order in our California workshop. Because our products are made from solid hardwood and built individually, shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and customization.

Processing Time

All items are made to order.

Typical production time:

• Floating shelves: 2–4 weeks
• Fireplace mantels: 2–5 weeks
• Tables and large furniture: 4–8 weeks

Once production is completed, your order will be carefully packaged and prepared for shipment.

If your order includes custom modifications, production time may vary slightly. We will always keep you updated during the process.

Shipping Time

After production is completed, delivery typically takes:

• United States: 3–7 business days
• International orders: 7–14 business days depending on destination

Shipping carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or other professional freight services depending on the size of the item.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted individually for larger custom furniture pieces.

For some custom orders, shipping may be included in the quoted price.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow the delivery progress.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

Please note:

• International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
• These fees are not included in our product or shipping prices.

Delivery Address

Shipping Damage

We carefully package all items to ensure safe delivery.

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist you quickly.
